$6.174 per MCF (Aug 2010 Billing) view pricing history	Monthly Variable Rate Hide Details Beginning in April 2010 the Monthly Variable Rate will be calculated based on the NYMEX Close* each month, plus $1.40 per MCF and run through March 2011 billing. No cancellation fee. Price per Mcf plus sales tax. The Initial Term shall run through one (1) year from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service.
$6.770 per MCF (3rd Quarter 2010) view pricing history	Quarterly Variable Rate Hide Details The Choice Quarterly Rate provides a fixed rate quarterly providing you stability in your energy costs while reflecting current market trends. As rates fall, you can benefit quarterly, rather than having to wait until the end of a 1-year fixed rate. The Initial Term shall run through one (1) year from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service. The Quarterly Variable Rate uses calendar billing quarters with the 1st Quarter being the months of January, February and March; 2nd Quarter the months of April, May, and June; 3rd Quarter the months of July, August, and September; and the 4th Quarter the months of October, November and December. 2nd Quarter is April 2010 through June 2010. Price per Mcf plus sales tax.
$6.600 per MCF (Current Annual Fixed Rate) view pricing history	Annual Fixed Rate Hide Details The annual fixed price contract offers stability in your energy cost. You pay the same rate per MCF for natural gas each month of the year. Fluctuations in the market price will not affect your rate. If the market price increases, you are locked in at the lower rate. However, if natural gas market rates decrease, you continue to be billed at your locked rate. The End of Initial Term for the Annual Fixed Rate runs through October 2011 billing from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service. Integrys Energy Services reserves the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee. Price per Mcf plus sales tax.
$6.174 per MCF (Aug 2010 Billing) view pricing history	Fixed Winter / Variable Summer Rate Hide Details Winter period rate, November 2009 - April 2010, will be $7.299 per MCF. Fixed Winter / Variable Summer rate features a variable rate for the summer months (May - October), with a fixed rate during the winter months (November - April). The end of initial term for the Fixed Winter / Variable Summer Rate is April 2010 billing. Integrys Energy Services reserves the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee. Summer billing period begins May 2010 and runs through October 2010. Price per Mcf plus sales tax.
$6.550 per MCF (Sep 2010 Billing) view pricing history	Fixed Price with Flex-down OpportunitySM Capped at $7.150 per MCF Hide Details Rate is capped at $7.150 per MCF through September 2010 billing The Locked-In Price includes a fixed price which could vary lower monthly when and if lower market prices provide the opportunity. Initial Term is October 2009 through September 2010 billing. Your locked-in rate will never exceed $7.150 per MCF during your contract term, regardless of how much the market increases. Your rate may be lowered by Seller in any month(s) when market prices fall significantly. Rate will never increase above $7.15/mcf plus sales tax regardless of how much the market increases during the 12 month period. Price per Mcf plus sales tax.
$6.174 per MCF (Aug 2010 Billing) view pricing history	Price Cap Plan Hide Details The natural gas supply price will be a variable rate using NYMEX last day settle plus an adder. Should the natural gas supply price during any billing period exceed $9.99 per Mcf, as determined by Seller, Buyer’s variable rate will not exceed $9.99 per Mcf. The End of Initial Term for the Price Cap Plan is March 2011 billing. April 2010 through March 2011. Locked price won't exceed $9.99 per Mcf during the contract term, regardless of market increases. Integrys may lower rate if market falls significantly. Summer billing period is May 2010 through October 2010. Price per Mcf plus sales tax.
$6.174 per MCF (Aug 2010 Billing) view pricing history	Price Target Plan Hide Details The natural gas supply price will be a variable rate using NYMEX last day settle plus an adder. If at anytime during your contract Seller determines that it can fix your price at $6.99 per Mcf, Seller will convert your variable price to a fixed price of $6.99 per MCF for a term of 12 months. However, there is no guaranty that Seller can lock in the price of $6.99. If the price is not locked, your Initial Term as described during electronic enrollment will apply. The End of Initial Term for the Price Target Plan is March 2011 billing. Rate will vary monthly unless Integrys is able to lock at $06.99 per Mcf. If Integrys is able to lock at this target, you will be locked for 12 months at that time. Price per Mcf plus sales tax.

Rates above do not include Taxes. Buyer is responsible for all state and local sales, use, revenue, gross receipts, commercial activity, excise and/or ad valorem tax (collectively, "Taxes").

September Bill Adjustment Planned

In August 2010, Integrys Energy Services billed several thousand of our variable priced customers in the Dominion East Ohio service territory at an incorrect rate. We mistakenly billed customers at a rate $0.10/dekatherm higher than our contracted price, which resulted in an average overcharge of 25 cents on those customers’ August bills. To correct this error in favor of customers, in September 2010, Integrys Energy Services will be billing this same customer group at a rate of $0.10/dekatherm lower than our contracted price. Since customers typically use more natural gas in September than August, this change should result in greater savings in September than our mistake added costs in August.
