Quarterly Fixed Rate

  • 2nd Quarter is April - June 2009 billing
  • The Quarterly Fixed Rate provides a fixed rate quarterly providing you stability in your energy costs while reflecting current market trends.
  • The Quarterly Fixed Rate uses calendar billing quarters with the 1st Quarter being the months of January, February and March; 2nd Quarter the months of April, May, and June; 3rd Quarter the months of July, August, and September; and the 4th Quarter the months of October, November and December.
  • The Initial Term shall run through one (1) year from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service.
  • No cancellation fee.

Rates above do not include Taxes. Buyer is responsible for all state and local sales, use, revenue, gross receipts, commercial activity, excise and/or ad valorem tax (collectively, “Taxes”).

A rate change request cannot be processed via web enrollment at this time.
