One Year Fixed Rate

  • You will continue to be responsible for applicable utility charges. A monthly administration fee of $2.95 and Pass Through Charges will also apply.
  • The agreement will start from your first meter read after the utility accepts your enrollment through twelve billing cycles.
  • Customer has a right to rescind without penalty within three working days. Early termination fees of $10 per month remaining on your contract will be assessed, if you cancel prior to the end of your initial term.
  • Near the end of your contract you will be offered new pricing plans or have the option to be served on a month-to-month variable price. The variable price is Index + $.06 per therm. Index means the price published in Natural Gas Intelligence, NGI's Bid Week Survey, Midwest Chicago Citygate posting under 'avg', converted to a price per therm or any successor index.
