You will continue to be responsible for applicable utility charges. This is defined as the
account charge which normally range between $0.03 and $0.08 per therm of gas used.

Initial Contract Term: The agreement will start with the first meter reading after your utility
confirms successful enrollment and will remain in effect for 12 consecutive billing cycles.
Near the end of your initial contract term, you will be offered new pricing plans or have
the option to be served on a month-to-month indexed price.

Customer has a right to rescind without penalty within 10 business days of receipt
of utility confirmation of enrollment request. An early termination fee of $50
will be assessed, if you cancel prior to the end of your initial term.

This offer provides a fixed price per therm that will not change for the initial contract
term regardless of your usage.

in Natural Gas Intelligence, NGI's Bid Week Survey, Midwest Chicago Citygate
posting under 'avg', converted to a price per therm or any successor index. The
listed index price may be changed at any time.
