  • Aggregate and market volume for small producers and non-core production assets
  • Assist producers with gathering, processing, and pipeline interconnection issues
  • Provide producers a buyer with strong credit and the ability to accept gas at many delivery points
  • Use our physical trading expertise to structure products that meet a producer’s risk management and physical delivery needs
  • Have a willingness to enter into longer term deals that reduce risk and/or free up capital for E&P activities

Pipelines and Storage Owners

  • Secure firm transportation and storage capacity to meet company’s delivery obligations.
  • Help pipeline and storage owners maximize the value of their assets.
  • Procure Park and Loan services to increase returns on capital.
  • Will enter into longer term deals that reduce risk and lock in a portion of value.
  • Provide asset management services to optimize the value of excess transportation and storage assets.

Generation Owners

  • Provide fuel management and balancing services for gas-fired generators
  • Structure products to meet the real-time fuel supply needs of peaking units
  • Provide asset management services to optimize the value of excess transportation and storage assets
  • Offer complete integration between fuel supply and power offtake agreements in conjunction with our Wholesale Electric Group

Gas and Electric Marketers

  • NYMEX and Basis related OTC financial contracts, including partial volumes
  • Provide storage inventory management services
  • Structure deals that meet the unique delivery and risk management needs of retail gas marketers including a variety of pricing mechanisms such as Index, NYMEX, Caps, and Floors
  • Collaborate on projects where we can leverage our physical delivery expertise

Investor and Municipally-Owned Gas Distribution Companies

  • Provide Peaking/Exchange (storage equivalent) services
  • Provide asset management services to optimize the value of excess transportation and storage assets
  • Structure deals that meet the unique delivery and risk management needs of local distribution companies
  • Help all parties diversify and manage risk
