Integrys Energy.
Natural gas consumers have choices! In today's highly volatile energy
market, it is more important now than ever before that small businesses
make affirmative choices on their energy supply. Dominion East Ohio's
plans to exit the natural gas merchant function, as well as the need to
manager your energy bill make now the time to choose an energy supplier -
or you can have the choice be will be made for you...
As a COSE member you and your employees are eligible for special negotiated rates designed to
control costs as compared to Dominion's SSO rates.

- The annual fixed price contract offers stability in your energy cost. You pay the same rate per MCF for natural gas each month of the year.
- Fluctuations in the market price will not affect your rate. If the market price increases, you are locked in at the lower rate.
- However, if natural gas market rates decrease, you continue to be billed at your locked rate.
- The End of Initial Term for the Annual Fixed Rate is January 2010 billing.
- This rate available for new enrollments only.
- Integrys Energy Services reserves the right to charge a $75 cancellation fee.

- Rates fluctuate monthly with the natural gas market.
- This price will be the NYMEX Close price plus $2.15 per mcf. Price To Be Determined Monthly Prior to Billing Month.
- This rate available for new enrollments only.
- The Initial Term shall run through one (1) year from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service.

- 1st quarter is January - March 2009 billing
- The Quarterly Rate provides a fixed rate quarterly providing you stability in your energy costs while reflecting current market trends. As rates fall, you can benefit quarterly, rather than having to wait until the end of a 1-year fixed rate.
- The Initial Term shall run through one (1) year from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service.
- The Quarterly Fixed Rate uses calendar billing quarters with the 1st Quarter being the months of January, February and March; 2nd Quarter the months of April, May, and June; 3rd Quarter the months of July, August, and September; and the 4th Quarter the months of October, November and December.

- Winter period rate, November 2008 - April 2009, will be $10.775 per MCF.
- Fixed Winter / Variable Summer rate features a variable rate for the summer months (May - October), with a fixed rate during the winter months (November - April).
- Integrys Energy Services reserves the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee.

*"NYMEX Close" means the price in dollars per MMBtu equal to the closing price on the New York Mercantile Exchange for natural gas futures contracts for delivery at the Henry Hub for the month of delivery hereunder, on the last day on which futures contracts for that month were traded.
