- Winter period rate, November 2009 - April 2010, will be $0.7771 per CCF.
- Fixed Winter / Variable Summer rate features a variable rate for the summer months (May - October), with a fixed rate during the winter months (November - April).
- This rate provides budget certainty by seasonal periods of the year, and provides more opportunity to enjoy lower fixed rates than fixing an annual rate. The natural gas market often falls in the summer providing opportunity to buy lower prices for the next winter.
- The Fixed Winter Rate is for November 2009 through April 2010 billing.
- Integrys Energy Services reserves the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee.

- The Quarterly Rate provides a fixed rate quarterly providing you stability in your energy costs while reflecting current market trends. As rates fall, you can benefit quarterly, rather than having to wait until the end of a 1-year fixed rate.
- The End of Initial Term for the Quarterly Fixed Rate runs through one (1) year from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service.
- The Quarterly Fixed Rate uses calendar billing quarters with the 1st Quarter being the months of January, February and March; 2nd Quarter the months of April, May, and June; 3rd Quarter the months of July, August, and September; and the 4th Quarter the months of October, November and December.

- Rates fluctuate monthly with the natural gas market. Your rate per CCF may increase or decrease with the trend of the market. Monthly rates are typically published 10 days prior to the month.
- The End of Initial Term for the Monthly Variable Rate runs through one (1) year from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service.
- The stated price for the Monthly Variable Rate is for usage during stated month; your first bill from Integrys may not reflect this published price.
- No cancellation fee.

- The annual fixed price contract offers stability in your energy cost. You pay the same rate per CCF for natural gas each month of the year.
- Fluctuations in the market price will not affect your rate. If the market price increases, you are locked in at the lower rate.
- The End of Initial Term for the Annual Fixed Rate runs through January 2011 billing from the effective date of Buyer's switch to Seller's service.
- Integrys Energy Services reserves the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee.
