Sample Agreements

To enroll in the Fixed Price Program offered by Gaz Metro, we will need to complete two forms, they are:

  • A Letter of Undertaking serves as authorization for Gaz Metro to change the price it invoices you for the gas consumed at your installation to the fixed price set out in the gas supply agreement with your supplier. Under the Letter of Undertaking, you commit to Gaz Metro that you will pay the stated fixed price for all the gas consumed at your installation during the term of your agreement with the supplier.
  • The Gas Supply Agreement documents our obligation to deliver your gas requirements to Gaz Metro on a firm basis pursuant to the terms and conditions established by Gaz Metro. The supply agreement also sets out the fixed price, the start date and the duration of the agreement.
