In the spring of 2013, the Village of Seneca renewed the contract with Integrys Energy Services, Inc. to seek lower electricity rates for eligible residential and small business customers. In the spring of 2014 the contract with Integrys Energy Services, Inc. was renewed.
While the Opt-out Period has ended, if (a) you were with another supplier at the time of the opt-out and your contract has now expired* or (b) you previously opted-out of the program and would like to enroll, you can enroll now via this website.

As an eligible customer, you were automatically enrolled in the program unless you opted-out. There are no enrollment or switching fees.

Although the Village of Seneca is offering this program, we ask that you direct all your aggregation program questions to Integrys Energy Services, Inc.
Exelon Corporation also owns Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd). Constellation is not the same company as ComEd. The prices of Constellation are not regulated by the Illinois Commerce Commission. You do not have to buy Constellation electricity or any other product in order to receive the same quality regulated service from ComEd.
