Good news - the City of Chicago's Community Choice Electricity Aggregation Program has been underway for a year with terrific success. In recent weeks, the City worked with Integrys Energy Services, Inc., to secure a great new pricing plan for the second half of it's two-year contract. Since the City's Electric Aggregation program began in February 2013, nearly 800,000 Chicago households have enrolled with Integrys and collectively saved more than $32 million as compared to what they would have paid ComEd. Additionally, all electricity is sourced from non-coal resources.
If (a) you were with another supplier at the time of the opt-out and your contract has now expiredB or (b) you previously opted-out of the program and would like to enroll, you can enroll now via this website.
The table below shows how much you would be charged at various consumption levels under each rate plan.
As an eligible customer, you were automatically enrolled in the program unless you opted-out. There are no enrollment or switching fees.
If you have any questions, please call Integrys Energy Services, Inc. toll-free at 888-802-2885. Customer service representatives are available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.
