  • APMD = Average Peak Monthly Demand or Baseline
  • Capability Period = 6 Month term in which capacity is commonly sold:
    • Summer (May 1 to Oct 31)
    • Winter (Nov 1 to Apr 30)
  • CMD = Committed Minimum Demand
  • Curtailable Load = Amount of kW reduced from Baseline (APMD)
  • Curtailable Load = APMD - CMD
  • DADRP = Day-Ahead Demand Response Program
  • EDRP = Emergency Demand Response Program
  • LI = Long Island locality, LI Power Authority (LIPA) service territory
  • LBMP = Locational Based Market Price
  • MPN = Minimum Payment Nomination
  • NYC = New York City locality, ConEd service territory
  • RIP = Responsible Interface Party
