Natural gas choice is a program that allows customers to choose the supplier of their natural gas commodity. Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio (Vectren) customers have the option to choose their supplier of natural gas if desired, while the delivery of the gas (distribution and maintenance) will still be the responsibility of Vectren.

- All Vectren Energy Deliver of Ohio customers who use less than 150,000 ccf/year or less than 15,000 Mcf per year may participate. PIPP customers and those customers 35 days past due and owing more than $100 to Vectren are not eligible.
- Will I get one bill or two? What if I am on Budget Billing with Vectren?
- You will continue to receive one bill from Vectren Energy Deliver of Ohio. The only change will be that Integrys' gas option charges will appear as a separate line item. Special billing options with Vectren Energy Deliver of Ohio, such as Budget Billing, eBill, Online Bill Pay, Auto Pay, Energy Assistance, etc., will remain available to you as they have been in the past.
- Are there any fees to sign up with Integrys Energy Services?
- There are no fees to sign up for this program from either Vectren Energy Deliver of Ohio or from Integrys Energy Services.
- When I sign Integrys' contract, when will I start to see my savings and how long am I required to remain an Integrys customer?
- You will begin to see your savings on your gas bill within 45 to 75 days of signing up with Integrys. The contract length is for a primary term of one year and shall continue year to year thereafter unless Buyer selects a longer term. For variable option agreements, customers may be on a month to month term or a 12 month term depending on the product type selected. You will be notified at least 45 days, but not more than 90 days, before the end of the current contract of the opportunity to renew or cancel your agreement. Special circumstances like moving your residence or business will automatically end your contract with Integrys on the same day that you disconnect your gas service from Vectren Energy Deliver of Ohio. Should you move to another place that is also eligible for participation in the Vectren Energy Deliver of Ohio Customer Choice program, you will need to contact Integrys to begin a new contract for your new location.
