Near the end of your initial contract term, you will be offered new pricing plans or have the option to be served on a month-to-month indexed price.
  • Residential and small commercial customers have a right to rescind without penalty within 10 business days of receipt of utility confirmation of enrollment request and within 10 business days of receiving their first bill.
